Anushka Shetty and Hansika Motwani are the lead ladies of this project. Hari has also repeated Vivek, Vijayakumar, Nassar, and Radha Ravi from the first part. British actor Danny Sapani has been roped in to play the antagonist character.

The actor playing the baddie in Singam 2 is Danny Sapani, who played the role of an ambassador in the 2011 action flick Mercenaries Danny Sapani is a renowned stage actor as well. 

Singam 2 story travels from from Tuticorin to South Africa and hence Director Hari has decided for African origin Villain. Surya and the Singam 2 unit will shoot some fight and sequences in places like in South Africa , Kenya & Tanzania.
